Who can take part
Anyone aged 14 or over with a fan profile. One profile per person. Taking part is free and never requires you to buy anything.
Points
You earn points by playing, voting, getting predictions right, checking in at gigs, when we publish something you send us and when the band picks a song you suggested. Points count towards the leaderboard and towards entry into some giveaways; they cannot be exchanged for money. Band members and site admins can play and enter giveaways, but they are not included in the leaderboard and cannot win points-based prizes.
Prizes
Each call for entries states its prize and deadline before it opens. Prizes are personal, cannot be exchanged for money and are handed over as agreed with the winner. If we cannot contact the winner within a reasonable time, or they do not accept it, the prize may be left unawarded.
Suggest a song
- Suggestions are moderated before they are published.
- If a song has already been suggested, your entry counts as support for the existing suggestion.
- The band is free to decide which songs to add to its repertoire. The number of supporters is a guide, not an obligation.
- If the band picks a song, the prize for that call goes to whoever suggested it first, provided the suggestion complies with these rules.
Photos and creations
By sending a photo or artwork you confirm that it is yours or that you have permission, and that nobody appears in it who does not want to. You authorise HangOut Spain Band to publish it, for non-commercial purposes, on this website and its social media, crediting your alias. It is still yours: you can ask us to take it down whenever you like. We moderate all entries and may choose not to publish any of them.
Fair play
We may cancel entries, points or prizes obtained through duplicate profiles, bots or cheating, and remove offensive content. The band's decisions on results, giveaways and moderation are final.
Changes and contact
We may update these rules; open calls for entries are governed by the rules in force when they opened. Questions:info@hangoutspainband.com. More about your data in the privacy policy.
